Challenge Day 11

Yeeaahhh I may have forgotten to eat today. Not sure how, but I did. Also we had to plank for 2 minutes again today. Aaannnddd that's not going as well :/ 

Breakfast: sweet potato hash brown (maybe 1/4 at most??) and 2 eggs
Lunch: Kale Krunch & Kombucha
Dinner: Pulled pork sliders on sweet potato buns (SO much yum!)

I should definitely eat more! More veggies. And generally more things.
