Challenge Day 4

Doing well eating-wise, but planking for a minute is NOT agreeing with me! Doing OK but I'm starting to get sick of salads. I forgot how much I totally LOVE sweet potatoes though! Om nom - I could eat them every day. I won't. But I could ;)
But now I"m super tired and working on a new (Whole30 compliant) chili recipe for a contest at work!

Breakfast: sauteed spinach, sweet potato & fried egg
Snack - cucumber, carrots & dip
Lunch - Choppers salad w/ beets, artichoke hearts, pears & snow peas & balsamic dressing
Dinner - leftover mexican beef and guacamole
Dessert - 4-5 grapes and tea
