Challenge day 2

Ok, day two is in the record books! After dreaming about eating candy last night I should have known that today might be a challenge. I sat at my desk all day wondering why just one piece of candy corn would be so bad. Naughty brain that's not how we play this game.... I did manage to get a work out in after work today! It was the first weekday with daylight saving time (or without?) and it was ddaarrkkkk :(ut I did it, and that's what matters!

Breakfast: 1 egg, sauerkraut, and part of a gross pork sausage
Lunch: curried chicken & grape salad as lettuce wraps, veggies and dressing
Dinner: papa's lemon pepper grilled chicken, holland arise and roasted cabbage
Dessert: about 1/3 green apple, a few grapes, lemon ginger tea
