Challenge day 9

Huh, nine days has been pretty ok. I am just about at the 1/3 mark! Well crap, I am doing this pretty well :) still need to make more inspired meals though. And I've been working out pretty regularly. Now let's see some results!

Breakfast: meatloaf & 1 scrambled egg
Lunch: napa cabbage salad
Dinner: lemon chicken and artichokes

Ginger tea and coconut milk. By tea I mean just ginger grated into my cup. YUM!!
