Challenge Day 20
Today was a tricky day. Lots of hidden foods and I think I ran into something that didn't make me feel very good. Still I did manage to plank for a minute and a half after we planed Pathfinders tonight! (At eleven thirty tonight lol)
Breakfast: sweet potato, spinach and two eggs
Lunch: wahoo salad with guacamole and pico de gallo
Snack: Apple and sun butter
Dinner: squash soup and a little roast beef.
Later I had Kafka and a few small small bites of potato.
Something was in that wahoo salad, because I came home and just passed out for an hour on the couch. I know there was cheese, but I am suspicious of there being flour somewhere. I falla sleep when I eat flour.
Oh well.
