Challenge day 17
While today didn't start with a frantic start on MY end, I still managed to leave the house without eating breakfast. Again. So getting to work I had 2 cups of coffee with coconut cream and that helped a little. But I snarfed down my lunch at my 11 o'clock meeting. And somehow made it to dinner without having a snack! Dang. Go me!! Also worked out this morning!
Breakfast: coffee with coconut cream
Lunch: leftover pulled pork, beets, artichokes and mustard sauce
Dinner: chicken fingers, mustard sauce, broccoli and sweet potatoes
Frozen grapes for dessert
