Challenge Day 16

Today I totally screwed up my meals. I didn't eat breakfast until 10:45 so I was crazy hungry and I think my blood sugar was a bit off. I ran out of the house super fast to fix a car with a dead battery and grabbed the first thing I could think of: soup hahaha :)

Breakfast: butternut squash soup
Lunch: salad with lamb and cucumber
Dinner: Apple with sun butter 

Eh, it was all on plan. Just weird proportions at weird times. I can do better tomorrow! 

Oh yeah, still can't do a 2 minute plank. If I can get to 2:30 at the end of this challenge I'll be proud :)
