Challenge Day 21

On the weekends I have this problem where I forget to feed myself. Almost refuse because it's early, or because I'm on the couch and I don't want to move. *shug* eh, I end up getting fed and I'm still eating the right foods so I call that a win!

Breakfast/Brunch: 2 eggs, sauerkraut
Lunch: ummm I think I forgot to eat lunch
Snack: some Kale Chips
Dinner: steak, brussel sprouts & sweet potato

Planked for a minute thirty!
