Challenge Day 19

YESTERDAY I PLANKED FOR 2 MINUTES!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've never done that before (it was NOT cute) but I was SO proud!!! :) :) :) Today I forced myself into working out (even when I didn't want to). BOOM.

Oh yeah, went to the Dr and my A1C was 5.1. WITHOUT METFORMIN! That means that if I can keep this up, I won't have to take it anymore (after 12 years) :D *happy dance*

Breakfast: 2 sweet potato egg nests
Lunch: kale super salad with Garbanzo's chicken
Snack: Fruit Buddies pouch & kombucha
Dinner: beet, sweet potato, pulled pork, artichoke & broccoli scramble (SUPER YUM)

Pomegranate seeds and a few grapes for dessert
